About the event
Try your hand at some basic jewellery making by sizing and trimming your chains and crafting your own earrings, necklaces or bracelets.
This will be a basic introduction to working with the jewellery making materials to craft your own pieces. All materials provided will be safe for people with metal sensitivities.
We will have a kettle for teas and coffees, and some snacks at the studio which you are welcome to help yourself to during your session.
Polymer clay rounds and shapes will be readily available on the day, along with earring posts, drops and backs, as well a chains and clasps. If you are looking to have a specific charm, pendant or design, then it would be best to source this ahead of time as we are unable to cater to individual design requests in this session.
Some wire cutters and pliers will be available to use on the day but due to limited availability you may need to share the tools provided or bring some of your own if you have them.
You will need: Small Wire Cutters, Round nose pliers and Chain Nose Pliers.
