Elephant - Square Framed Print

This majestic elephant is an original hand drawn piece in black fine liner, capturing one of our planet's most iconic animals.

This was originally an A5 drawing and was Jamies first attempt at using the pointillist stippling technique, where millions of dots build up detail in the face. The half face of this elephant is a clean and defiant image of our wildlife. The cracked and leathery skin of these awesome animals is served perfectly by this technique of drawing and the detail that can be built up with layers of these dots really compliments such a stately animal.
