Workshop Ticket Policy

All workshop tickets must be booked in advance.

Attendees must present their ticket on entry (printed or digital).

Tickets include all materials, as well as any refreshments stated in the workshop listing.

All tickets are non-refundable from 14 days before the class is due to take place.

For cancellations, please contact us by email to discuss available options. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Tickets are non-transferable without prior notice.

If you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your place to someone else, you must contact us in advance with the new attendee’s details so we can update our records.

This is particularly important for ensuring we are aware of any allergies, accessibility requirements, or other considerations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

We reserve the right to refuse entry where changes to attendees have not been communicated in advance.

In the event that a workshop is cancelled or postponed by the host, attendees will be contacted as soon as possible.

If a workshop is postponed, tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date.

Once the new date has been confirmed, attendees who are unable to attend may:

  • transfer their booking to another workshop, or

  • request a refund

Attendees whose workshops have been postponed are welcome to transfer their booking to another available workshop at any time while waiting for a new date.

If the selected workshop is lower in value than the original booking, the difference will be refunded. Once confirmed, normal ticket policy applies.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount, as these are not returned to the studio.

All cancellation, transfer, and refund requests must be made via email to ensure they are handled clearly and consistently.
