Service Description
Sakura Studio Gallery offers 4.5m x 3.5m space located at scenic Stonham Barns Park for use in hosting art and craft workshops, classes, demos, as a pop up shop/workspace or for an exhibition. A flexible and versatile space than can be moved and set up however you need for your booking. Week Long Hire starts 9AM Friday to allow for setting up, running until 7pm the following Sunday giving you 10 days of use. That means you get 2 weekends (£100 EACH when booked individually) and 6 weekdays (From £40 per day when booked individually) for just £325! We are flexible and always happy to help fellow artists, if you would like different days or a longer space, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to tailor the space to your needs. For workshops/classes, we advise that you have no more than 5 participants at any one time, including you the session leader, due to studio size and health and safety. You are welcome to run as many or as few sessions as you want to within your allotted time depending on your workshop duration. Please allow some time for setting up and packing down. You do not have to use your entire slot but it will be booked out for you. Please read our booking policy before making payment.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule day slots, contact us directly by emailing Sakurastudiogallery@gmail.com up 14 days before your session is due to start. For Full weekend slots and week long slots, please contact us up to 30 days BEFORE your booking is due to commence or you may still be liable for the full cost of your booked time. Deposits on longer slots are to be paid at the time of booking and are non-refundable, full payment is required prior to your time slot as specified in each booking option. Payment for short slots will be taken in full at the time of booking and may be refunded in part or in full, at Sakura Studio Gallery's discretion. We understand emergencies happen so if anything comes up, we will always encourage you to get in contact and we will try to help and be flexible where possible. However, we must state that deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances. We aim to help artists and creators and to do so we have to consider our costs too and a cancelled booking may not be able to be filled under short notice. We have carefully considered our approach to our booking and cancellation policies to ensure that our overheads are covered, so that we can continue to be of service to you and others in the future.
