Arts Festival Application

If you are interested in either performing, providing workshops/ have-a-go sessions, demonstrating, being a trader or one of our guest speakers, please fill out the form below.

Artists looking to have a space to teach workshops, have-a go sessions or demos will be charged a fee of £25 to attend, any artists, crafters or small businesses who wish to have a market stall will be charged £45 - this is to help cover the costs of running the festival and to raise money for local charities mentioned on our Festival information page.

Guest speakers and performers will not be charged, though a small contribution towards the overheads and charities is very much appreciated - if you want to do activities/ have a stand etc, you will be charged accordingly.

Please be aware that the majority of this event takes place outside - you will need to bring your own gazebos, tables, chairs and equipment as needed.

Currently, speakers and the stands for the charities we are fundraising for will be located in the Barn along with the communal art pieces and possibly the young artists showcase depending on numbers.

We will email you within 30 days with an invoice, a risk assessment form, and the rules and regulations.
You must return a completed risk assessment form, provide a copy of your public liability (and other relevant) insurance and make payment in full to confirm your booking. If any part is missing or incomplete, your booking may be cancelled.

Once confirmed and paid, your booking is non-refundable and will be non-transferable without written consent of Sakura Studio Gallery and confirmation that the new applicant has relevant insurances and completes the forms required. Full terms will be sent to you along with your risk assessment form and invoice.
